Skid Steer Construction Support
Provided skid steer support during a residential build, assisting with lifting and setting walls, placing trusses, and spreading topsoil. This work helped keep the project moving efficiently while ensuring materials were handled safely and accurately.
Pond Side Deck Build
Designed and built a custom multi level deck overlooking a pond, with the layout and structure planned using Autodesk design software. The deck includes an upper level seating area, a built in bar space for entertaining, and a hot tub. The hot tub required additional structural framing to safely support the added load. this project combined thoughtful design, structural planning, and hands on craftsmanship to create a durable and functional outdoor living space.
Gravel Driveway Expansion
Expanded an existing driveway using a solid base of breaker stone, topped with driveway gravel for durability and proper drainage. The result is a more functional driveway designed to hold up to regular use and changing weather conditions.
Landscape and Drainage Improvement
We completed a backyard landscape project that included installing a retaining wall to redirect water and improve drainage away from the property. The project also involved clearing overgrown brush to open up the space and restore usability, along with creating a dedicated fire pit area for outdoor gathering and recreation. The result was a cleaner, more functional yard with improved water control and added living space.
